Research-based, personalised Achilles treatment plans
Every Achilles injury is unique. Our plans are individualised for your specific case, goals, and daily activities.
But how can you treat my Achilles without touching me?
This is the most common question we get. Here's why online treatment works.
Most Achilles injuries can be diagnosed by:
Carefully listening to the patient's history and symptoms
Observing how they perform specific movement tests
We do this easily on a video call
Research shows that the best treatment consists of:
Load management – adapting your current activities to match your tendon's current ability
A progressive exercise-based rehabilitation plan
Tailored to the individual
We demo & prescribe this easily on a video call
👉
We'll refer you if we feel that scans or other treatments are needed

How we help your Achilles tendon to recover as quickly as possible via video calls.
Stay active as you recover – we're experts in relative rest
Complete rest is rarely needed
Relative rest means you adapt your activities to match your tendon's current strength and endurance
This allows you to stay active while your injury recovers
Great for physical & mental health!

What Achilles injuries do we treat?
Whether it was caused by sport or something else, we treat the following injuries:
-
Complete Achilles ruptures – We take over after your doctor has cleared you to start rehab. If your rupture was treated conservatively in an orthopaedic boot, this is usually after 8 weeks. If you’ve had surgery, it is usually after 12 weeks. There can be exceptions, so please contact us if you’re unsure.
